Vendor savings

Save on everyday vendors without changing how you buy.

Send invoices, see the comparison, opt in per vendor. Analysis is free. No obligation. No membership fee. You keep buying the same kinds of goods — this is not a marketplace, and it is not a procurement login you have to rip-and-replace onto.

The network

Contracted pricing against what you already pay.

  • 100+ vendor agreements in the GPO network
  • $2TR+ network purchasing power
  • 5–25% typical public range; some categories 15–40%
  • 14% average cited. Savings vary.

Four steps

Share spend. We compare. You opt in per vendor.

Tap a step for the short version. Nothing is required until you choose a line to move.

1 Share spend

Invoices, a file, or a portal export. Unmatched spend is reported, not invented. No minimum spend to use a contract you want.

2 Analysis

We compare what you pay to contracted pricing. You are not billed for analyzing spend.

3 Review findings

A concrete comparison. If you already have good pricing, the analysis shows it. No losing move is recommended.

4 Opt in per vendor

Category by category. Sometimes GPO pricing is on the vendor you already use. You never have to move a line you do not want to move.

Categories

Categories we can compare

Typical vendors and public savings bands. Open a category for names and the range. Savings vary. Marks belong to their owners. Rockwall Partners is not those vendors, and we do not claim exclusive relationships.

What happens next

After you join

Open this if you want the order of operations after you opt in.

After you join
  1. 1. Account setup. The contracts you opted into are put in place.
  2. 2. Buyers keep purchasing. Same kinds of goods, same people buying. Not a new catalog they have to learn.
  3. 3. Implementation help stays on the thread. Questions go back to the same conversation, not a ticket void.
  4. 4. Then the next category. One vendor at a time is fine.

Vendor savings questions

Straight answers.

What does the analysis cost?

Nothing. Analysis is free. The client is not billed for analyzing spend. There is no membership fee on this page.

Am I obligated to switch vendors?

No. Opt in per category. Sometimes GPO pricing is available on the vendor you already use.

What happens to my spend data?

It is used to find savings. It is shared only as needed to quote or implement. It is not sold.

How fast is it?

A clean file or portal export can move quickly. Custom quotes take longer and are scoped first.

What if I already have good pricing?

The analysis shows it. No losing move is recommended.

Fine print
  • Uline spend is usually quoted to Global Industrial, not to Uline.
  • Canada and specialty lines are often unquotable.
  • MRO older than about three months is often not analyzable.
  • Uniform liquidated damages are industry-wide, not a fee we charge.
  • Tiny or dirty files may not be worth a vendor’s time.
